YOUTH & FAMILIES FUND
Many of Grays Harbor's children and young people suffer from abuse, neglect, and poverty. Many lack the opportunities available to children raised in more stable homes. The problems faced by local families are never easy to solve, and no one charitable organization can tackle them alone. The Youth & Families Fund was created by our Board of Directors to support the most promising programs and proposals for solving the problems affecting local youth. We encourage cooperation between different groups in solving these problems. The Youth &
Families Fund will help fund grant requests falling within the general area of
youth and families.
As a newly-created separate fund, the Youth & Families Fund has no giving history. Our Board of Directors created the fund to help reach out to those donors who might be interested in building a community fund for Grays Harbor's young people.
