GRANTS COMMITTEE The grants committee of the Grays Harbor Community Foundation is responsible for processing and reviewing grant applications received through our regular grant application process. Grays Harbor Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity dedicated to serving the broad needs of Grays Harbor County in Washington State.
